FOODIE FAVE // Birch Summer Courtyard Series
Birch's seasonal dinner series is back for the summer! This awesome collab continues in February with two more fab dinners. On February 7, join the Head Distiller of Joadja Distillery at Birch for a sneak peek of two of their delicious drops. And on February 21, Jacob from Eden Brewery is swinging by to showcase some of their awesome ales. Each dinner includes three courses of share platters paired with a bevvie for each course from each collaborating partner. Oh, and there’s live music!
STEP BACK IN TIME // Joadja Historic Town & Distillery Tour
Once upon a time, Joadja was a bustling mining town. Now, it’s a national heritage site being cared for and conserved by locals and dedicated historians. It’s only open for tours a few times a year and there is one coming up on February 9, so don’t miss it! Chug around the old town on purpose built people movers with a tour guide, and finish the visit with a Joadja Distillery Tour and tasting. Very cool to have this in the Highlands backyard, don’t you think?

The group meets on the second Wednesday evening of every month. Try it out!
