5 Things You Can Do Today For A More Confident You
How to stop self-doubt from holding you back!

Well, we’re well and truly ready to kick 2021’s butt (after 2020 kicked ours a little bit) and we reckon a confidence reboot is one of the ways we can do that.

So, we asked Bec to whip up some tips on creating unstoppable confidence and because she’s so faaaabulous, she did! Thanks Bec!
How often do you doubt yourself and your abilities? Does it hold you back from doing what you have always wanted to do?
Often a lack of self-belief stops us from feeling confident in our abilities. Feeling less confident stops us from living the life we should.
Self-confidence is not shallow. It’s a deep sense of self-awareness within you that makes you confident without the clothes or modern-day armour we love to cover ourselves in.
Everyone has a measure of a lack of self-confidence in them, but we need to get to a place where we are truly confident in ourselves without any coverings.
The more we can cultivate unstoppable confidence the more we believe and trust ourselves. Here’s five ways we can do exactly that.
1 // The Power Pose
Your very own quick ‘life hack’ where your posture makes you feel powerful. Whether that is Wonder Woman or Superman, stand in this posture for two minutes with a great big smile on your face and feel the change in your physiology and psychology.
2 // Act as if
Acting as if can help us work through unhealthy habits and patterns. It is extremely useful in changing thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes.
Acting as if is simply behaving, thinking, and feeling as if we already have something we want, or that something we want to happen is already occurring in our lives, or that we already know how to do something we really want to do.
3 // Listen and change the negativity
When a negative thought, fear or disbelief comes into your mind, acknowledge it, thank it for showing up, and then change the thought to one that serves you better. Go to your happy place!
4 // Anchor a song
What song makes you feel empowered, alive and motivated? Use this song as an anchor in times of need. Turn up the volume and let it make you feel amazing.
5 // Tapping into your most CONFIDENT self
You must remember, confidence is a skill, you are born with it nor do you own it. It’s already inside you and it’s waiting for you to unlock the door. Want to start turning the key? Ask yourself these questions...
