Friday nights is currently curry night at The Four Seasons Bistro, consisting of a traditional vegetarian and vegan thali. Bookings are essential. Saturday night sees the bistro menu return, where you can select your meal from the seasonal dinner menu. Again, BYO.
All food is designed and prepared by owner chef Derek Hamlen. As a classically trained chef Derek has been at the helm of iconic restaurants both internationally (Thornbury Castle) and locally (including Milton Park, The White Horse Inn and Raw and Wild). Derek has always enjoyed a diet heavily based on vegan principals and his wealth of knowledge in vegetarian, vegan and rawist foods ensures the food is always delicious and wholesome.
Our environment is important to the Four Seasons Bistro team, their take-away packaging, cutlery, straws and serveware is all made from plants, making it environmentally friendly and 100% of it can be compostable! BYO keep cups receive a 30c discount on coffee.
