Our client, a manufacturer of environmental monitoring equipment needs a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of their company, ensuring it continues to flow smoothly as it copes with a significant increase in product demand.
To deliver first-class customer service and fit in with our small team of engineers and administrators, you’ll need to be an enthusiastic collaborator, tech savvy and an engaging communicator with an understanding of engineering terminology. At the same time, you’ll be the sort of person who has an innate ability to know what needs to be done when and gets cracking and does it.
On the practical front, ensuring the timely delivery of orders—including manufacturing and logistics —will be one of your key responsibilities, so production pipeline experience is a must, as is a thorough knowledge of OH & S.
You’ll come into the role with at least three-years’ experience in a similar leadership position, preferably in the manufacturing or building industry, so you’ll be able to fine-tune processes, implement quality systems and more.
