Moss Vale Yoga Studio is not limited to any one style of YOGA. Your teachers draw on a diverse range of teaching and experience to offer a combination of Hatha, Restorative, Yin and Flowing classes. Classes incorporate movement (Asana), breath work (Pranayama) and mindfulness (Meditation) and draw on many traditional and contemporary schools. We are always studying and learning new ideas to keep classes fresh and fun.
YIN: Beautiful slow classes for those students who want to go deep into contemplation. Long holds in postures of up to five minutes to release fascia and stimulate meridians. Supported by props and modifications these classes are suitable for all levels.
