Tulip Time in Bowral is one of Australia's oldest and best-loved annual floral festivals, now in it's 59th consecutive year. Visit Corbett Gardens in Bowral and see a dazzling array of tulips, along with live entertainment, special events and more.
Nothing announces the season of Spring better than a dazzling array of tulips!
The Southern Highlands will come alive with colour during Tulip Time, which runs from 24th September to 7th October, 9am to 4pm (5pm on Saturdays).
There will be a kaleidoscope of colour in Corbett Gardens with over 90,000 mass-planted tulips, and these colourful beauties will also be seen in other areas throughout the region in public and private gardens.
Corbett Gardens is the centrepiece of the Tulip Time Festival where there will be daily live musical entertainment, market stalls and lots of photo opportunities.
You can also join in the Mary Poppins' themed Twilight Procession to open the two-week festival. Bowral was the place where the inspiration for the Mary Poppins character originated during the time the author, P L Travers, lived here in her teens. Celebrating 85 years since the first book was written, the magic of Mary Poppins will transform Corbett Gardens into a wonderland of colour, music and fun for this year's Tulip Festival.
