Moss Vale Yoga Studio is not limited to any one style of YOGA. Your teachers draw on a diverse range of teaching and experience to offer a combination of Hatha, Restorative, Yin and Flowing classes. Classes incorporate movement (Asana), breath work (Pranayama) and mindfulness (Meditation) and draw on many traditional and contemporary schools. We are always studying and learning new ideas to keep classes fresh and fun.
These general classes may offer a stronger style of Asana and also an expectation of prior knowledge so that we can go deep into a practice without fully explaining all the principles. Fantastic for the yogi who is ready to extend their skills but also accessible if you are fairly active and want to add something special to your routine.
