Moss Vale Yoga Studio is not limited to any one style of YOGA. Your teachers draw on a diverse range of teaching and experience to offer a combination of Hatha, Restorative, Yin and Flowing classes. Classes incorporate movement (Asana), breath work (Pranayama) and mindfulness (Meditation) and draw on many traditional and contemporary schools. We are always studying and learning new ideas to keep classes fresh and fun.
While these beginners classes offer their challenges, they are a great starting point if you are new to yoga. Some students stay in this type of class because the time suits them, they enjoy the level of practice or feel complete.
