Wednesday's classes are:
Foam Rolling - 9:00am to 9:45am
A foam roller is a great tool to help heal chronic pain and injuries as well as helping to improve flexibility, circulation, poor posture and relaxation. It's a great way to help the healing process of those nagging sore bits, with some sneaky core work in your body when holding the positions.
TRX - 10:00am to 10:45am
This is suspension training using a series of adjustable straps and carabiners. It’s an effective resistance based workout harnessing body weight to perform a countless number of exercises. We adjust intensity as you go by changing the angle of the body. This strengthens many parts of your body, improves joint stability, and reduces lower back pain. It’s great training for anyone involved in running, golf, swimming and much more. Best of all, any fitness level can participate with outstanding results. We also have a TRX inspired yoga class to promote deep stretching and improved flexibility using traditional yoga poses.
Barre Attack – 12:15pm to 1:00pm AND 5:30pm to 6:15pm
Simply Fitness is currently the only local studio offering a comprehensive range of Barre Attack Fitness Training. This is an invigorating, low impact but high-energy fusion of Ballet, Pilates and Yoga. It’s an incredibly effective workout that strengthens, lengthens and sculpts your body, enhancing posture and improving flexibility.
